Untangling Emotions

Check out our latest resource!!

We are so sick of the emotions wheel. Yeah, okay, it is helpful to give you some words when you have none, but unfortunately, most of the wheels mix up emotions, moods and appraisals, which means it supports misinformation.

So no more fake news! We have made an Emotions Map and a Mood Map to help you identify the difference between the two so you have a better understanding of what you are dealing with, so then you can apply the correct technique to manage it.

Download this from our Members Resources page and stay tunes for our new Emotions Mini Guide coming soon!
