I have an interest in BPD, Complex Trauma, PTSD and Occupational Trauma, Burnout and Distress. I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist for over 10 years and have a decade of experience running groups and working with adult survivors of childhood trauma. I have a strong focus on Skills before Pills to help clients to take control of their recovery to improve their lives.
