Peter provides cognitive, educational, attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), autism (ASD), intellectual disability and adaptive/functional assessments to gain an understanding of the client’s strengths, weaknesses, behaviour and general functioning, with a view to diagnose where appropriate. Most assessments can be administered remotely as well as face-to-face.

ADHD Assessment for KIDS

Peter uses evidence-based assessment measures, including:

  • WISC-V: Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (5th Ed.)
  • Conners-4 (a measure of symptoms and co-occurring issues)
  • A parent and a teacher are asked to provide input
  • The child may complete a self-report questionnaire if aged 8+
  • BRIEF-2 (a measure of executive functioning)
  • A parent and a teacher are asked to provide input
  • If done via telehealth, the Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Cognitive Abilities would be used instead of the WISC-V.

Assessment Details

  • ADHD assessments can be conducted face-to-face in our clinic in Wollongong or via telehealth from anywhere in Australia if preferred. 
  • For ages 6-16 years and over.

ADHD Assessment for Adults

Peter uses evidence-based assessment measures, including:

  • WAIS-IV:  Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (4th Ed.) 
  • DIVA-5 (a measure of symptoms and impairments)
  • BRIEF-2A (a measure of executive functioning)
  • If done via telehealth, the Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Cognitive Abilities would be used instead of the WAIS-IV.




Assessment Details

  • ADHD assessments can be conducted face-to-face in our clinic in Wollongong or via telehealth from anywhere in Australia if preferred.
  • For ages 17 years and over.

Autism Assessment for KIDS

Peter uses evidence-based assessment measures, including:

  • WISC-V: Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (5th Ed.)
  • ADI-R: Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised
  • A parent needs to answer these questions.
  • ADOS: Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule
  • ASRS: Autism Spectrum Rating Scale
  • A teacher needs to answer these questions
  • ABAS-3: Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System (3rd Ed.)
  • Two people need to complete this questionnaire, either face-to-face or via phone.

Assessment Details

  • Autism assessments must be conducted face-to-face in our clinic in Wollongong.
  • For ages 6-16 years.
