Our approach matters

A 'Warrior' versus 'Worrier' approach

Dr Al suggests that if you catch yourself acting in 'worrier' mode, gently try to nudge that behaviour into a 'warrior' approach. Doing so will make things more tolerable, not doing so may erode resilience.
